Hot Yoga 

Hot Yoga classes made popular by Bikram Yoga have seen rapid growth in the Uk and the USA. 

As the name implies Hot yoga is carried out in a room or 'chamber', which is heated up to 105°F or 40.6°C with a humidity of 40%. A series of postures and breathing exercises are then carried out. There are many associated benefits for this form of yoga.
